Auctions indicate it's still a buyers' environment!

There's a great article in SMH Domain this week about the auction results for Sydney since the "selling season" began.  Whilst not every home is sold by auction, they are a great indicator as to what's happening in the marketplace - and it's telling us that it's a buyers' market!  Read more

It's the Year of the Unit

An interesting article from SMH claims that the shining light in the Sydney property market for 2012 is apartments. New or old, they are performing better than houses over the past 5 years recording an average annual growth of 5.2 percent compared to 3.6 per cent for houses.  Read more
